If you had been getting regular
physical activity, making healthy food choices, and/or managing
stress well, but something changed and you fell off track, then
wellness coaching is for you.
Stay on
Track!
If you want to maintain your
healthy habits and wellness through life changes (such
as traveling for work) and obstacles (such as boredom and busy
schedules), then wellnes coaching is for you.
As a wellness coach, I pull
together my background and expertise in health
psychology/behavioral medicine, life coaching and facilitating
behavior change to assist you in reaching your health and wellness
goals.
I am a Certified Wellness Coach
through Wellcoaches
Corporation, which is endorsed by the American College of Sports
Medicine (ACSM).
I am also in the process of
becoming a certified personal trainer through the ACSM, so that I
can bring the fundamentals of exercise science, exercise testing and
training to my work with clients.
